Some vacant areas, low selection of food. Low quality restrooms, inconsiderate staff. Decent prices prices and stores, though.
This mall has quite a few stores and I love that it is not huge so it doesn't make me walk a mile to get to the stores I want to got to.
Sadly, many of the stores are slowly going out, and it's hallowed hall is slowly being abandoned by the public. The Sears store, by far the oldest business continually running in the mall (I remember going there with my parents in 1979) is on its last legs.
The last good mall in the area. It's far past its prime, and efforts to revive it seem to be failing (it's still a lot better than either the Warren Mall or what's left of the Bradford Mall, though).
Up to recently, they even tried to put an arcade in the food court, which almost made it feel like a "real" shopping mall from the days of old (the requirements for which are as follows: 1.) Must have an Orange Julius 2.) Must have a toy store 3.) Must have an arcade).
GREAT selection and prices of winter coats. Found exactly what I wanted & so did my granddaughter. Sales clerks in every store we visited was very pleasant & helpful.
Still, there's hope: Recent years have seen an opening of Sakura Buffet and the only Five Guys restaurant in a 50 mile radius, so check it out if you're in the area!
Lots of vendors at Christmas time. Avon, specialty popcorn, Swiss Colony, foreign clothing(like South American and others), Fowler's and a few others. Never crowded and 3 great anchor stores: Sears, Penney's and Bon Ton.
