While this facility is fairly new, we were quite disappointed in the lack of outdoor space and large number of dogs in a small play enclosure during 'group play'. For larger dogs in particular there was not enough space to run and truly 'play'. The partitions separating these 'groups' appeared to be moveable and not extremely sturdy, which does seem like a safety issue.
The icing on the cake for us was poor customer service as we were not informed of an issue with our dogs when it occurred.
Very nice facility with a very friendly staff. Rob is excellent with the dogs, you can watch the daycare online and tell all the dogs love him. They recently bought the property next door so hopefully that will be an outdoor play space for the dogs on nice days.
