Owner is unresponsive, careless, management doesn't contact you back but insisted ti be paid up front in full...thousands later no progress..
Ordered carpet in Mohawk Burgandy, came in as berber, had to wait next one came in cut smaller than ordered and ripped. Upon install it was apparent it was defective OVERDYED, rough texture, it literally stained our clothes, socks, vacuum cleaner everthing red. Was told by manager just tear it out ourselves and get our money back. No resolution offered, untill calls to corporate, then they basically let the installer go, "cut his work" when he had nothing to do with it. He just put in what was given to him. Avoid this place very unprofessional manager and district manager. There are many places to buy carpet do yourself a favor don't put yourself through what we just went through right before the holidays. Also they according to their own receipts expect installers to "make what the store sold them" WORK even if it means seaming it in multiple places due to salesman error! Read the back of their receipts states this clearly!
Cheap!!! Don't want to spend money on crew, staff or laborer.

Horrible do not deal with this company!!! Overpriced garbage, incompetent staff, ripped my house apart and left it uninhabitable for weeks with exposed glue everywhere
No furniture, no stove, can't walk anywhere and my poor dogs now think they must be in basement...
