No safe deposit boxew, customer service has gone to hell in past 10 years due to rapid growth and opening many new branches. Majority of employees don't have a clue. Can't perform simple teller duties so customer must babysit and watch them close for mistakes.
Great small credit union. Everyone had been helpful and friendly. Much better than your average bank.
